Join this walk with Crystal & Sydney through the woods on Sunday, April 28 at 10am to get the powerful benefits of community and nature, both of which are sources of comfort and healing while grieving. This is a completely free event. Details below:
EVENT SCHEDULE: 10am: Meet in the parking lot by public restrooms in front of the Lewes Library. 10 - 10:15am: Brief introductions from Crystal & Sydney, and whoever else is comfortable sharing who they are grieving 10:15am: Walk & Talk, along Lewes-Georgetown Trail. We will walk at a leisurely pace one direction for 30 minutes, then turn around and walk back. 11:15am - 12pm: Crystal & Sydney will hang around and be available to talk more or answer any questions
